Privacy Policy

DentalBridge AI ("we", "our") is a productivity tool built for dental professionals. We process personal and clinical data only to deliver the service and under the principles of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, hashed password.
• Workspace data you enter: clinics, patients, appointments, financial entries.
• Voice recordings and AI-generated clinical notes you create.
• Technical logs needed to operate the service securely.

2. How we use it

Strictly to operate the service for you — display your data, transcribe and structure your voice notes, and produce your reports. We do not sell data. We do not use your clinical content to train third-party models.

3. AI processing

Voice recordings are sent to AI providers solely to generate the transcription and structured note, then discarded by us after the structured result is stored in your account. AI output is a draft and must be reviewed and validated by the professional before any clinical use.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with row-level security so only you can read your records. Transport is encrypted via TLS.

5. Your rights (LGPD art. 18)

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy. Account deletion erases every record associated with you.
